Our Shipping and Handling Policy
Processing your order
Orders placed with Minkjewelers.com take between 2-3 business days for processing and are then shipped via UPS. Rings and custom orders may require additional processing time. All items purchased from Minkjewelers.com will be placed in an attractive pouch or soft jewelry box prior to being securely packaged for shipment.
Shipping your order
At Minkjewelers.com we are dedicated to making your online jewelry shopping experience convenient and secure. It is for this reason that we ship all orders fully insured via UPS with SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
Custom orders must be paid in full at the time order is placed.
For non custom orders, credit cards are generally not charged until we process your order, and your tracking information has been generated in anticipation of shipment. However, when an order is paid for using a credit card that is associated with a checking account, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order. This may affect your account balance.
All orders are subject to credit card approval, and will only be shipped once payment has been verified. Items in stock in our New York facility will ship within three (3) business days of purchase; if the item that you ordered is out of stock we will contact you within 48 hours with an approximate ship date.
Our shipping department may contact you for additional information if necessary.
Tracking your order
As part of our dedication to your satisfaction while shopping with us, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email on the day your item is shipped. This email will contain a unique UPS tracking number and a note regarding the signature requirement for your order. This will allow you to keep an eye out for your order as it progresses from our doors to yours. If there will not be anyone available to sign for your package, please let us know prior to shipment, and we can have the package held at your local UPS location where you can pick it up at your leisure.
Please note; In order to maintain our high standards of security we ship exclusively to residential street addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses etc.
PLEASE CHECK ENTIRE PACKAGE FOR SIGNS OF TAMPERING PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR PACKAGE.
At Minkjewelers.com we are only happy if you’re happy!
We allow up to 12 days from the shipment date, for returns and exchanges. You will receive a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Please note that before your return is processed, each return is inspected for signs of use. We do not accept returns on any items that are worn, damaged, re sized, engraved or customized. Items can not be returned without their original tags attached, and in place. All sale items purchased on Minkjewelers.com can be exchanged for a credit only.
Please carefully follow the instructions below:
1. Your Return Authorization Code
To receive a refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number when you contact us. You must clearly indicate your RA number on the outside of your package. If this number is not written on the outside of the package it will be refused and returned back to you.
2. Packaging Your Return
Please include all original packaging and certificates you received with your item. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate, and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost.
3. Ship the Package Back To Minkjewelers.com
For security purposes, DO NOT write Minkjewelers.com or “Mink Jewelers” anywhere on the outside of the box. All packages must be insured IN FULL. Minkjewelers.com will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items. We recommend you request a tracking number/receipt confirmation so you can track your package and ensure your shipment has reached its destination.
4. Jewelery Inspection
As soon as your item arrives you will be notified by our customer service department. Your return will then be carefully inspected by our jeweler. Once the inspection is completed, your refund will be credited to you in the same manner as your original method of payment, within 7 days of receipt of your item.
